Darren and Anna began their real estate journey in 2009. What began as a few fix and flips has blossomed into flipping 20 houses a year, managing single family rentals, and owning the Mint City Villas apartment complex in Bremen, IN. Darren is a licensed contractor who has grown his real estate knowledge through Robert Kiryosaki, Than Merril, and RE Mentor® educational programs. Anna enjoys designing and staging their properties and the flexibility to be a homemaker with their family of 3 daughters. The Kemps have been married for 28 years and enjoy pursuing their real estate endeavors together. They love getting to know all the people involved with their business and strive to give their residents a place they are proud to call home.

When they aren’t working, the duo enjoys traveling and making memories with their family, crossfit, hiking, kayaking, biking, or taking Teo, their tea cup yorkie, on little walks. They are also involved with the leadership team at their church, Garden City and seek to operate on principles of faith and integrity in all aspects of life!

Norman and Natashia have been investing in real estate since 2019, when they began cutting their teeth on multi-family units, fix and flip properties, and wholesaling. With 20+ years of construction experience, 10 years of personal and commercial insurance experience, a wholesaling business, their background in property management and project management, over 200+ real estate transactions closed, and Natashia’s continued work as a Realtor®, they are excited to join hands with other investors in the next phase of their life and business. They’re also involved in educational training with the RE Mentor® program and love building their local network through connecting with people and real estate investment groups like REIA.

This unlikely pair are not only a dynamic business duo, but great life partners as well. Norman grew up Amish and Natashia was born in Pakistan, immigrating to Canada in 1994. The two met online, married, and are now loving life in Bristol, IN. They enjoy participating in their local church and community activities and love traveling, visiting family in Canada, attending concerts and theatrical shows, hunting, and fishing.
